slept in until about 8:00 in the morning. nice break.

it was supposed to rain pretty much all day so we decided to go to tyson's corner so elizabeth could look for some clothes at bean and a few other stores.
had not been to tysons in a very long time. went by the back route. 29 to gallows to tyson's. mall was quite busy.
lunch
steak and cheese sub
french fries
side salad
iced tea
at the italian restaurant near lord and taylor at tysons. really good.
snack
slice of pizza (1)
e. couldn't eat all of her pizza so i got part.
thought about going to la madeleine but the buildings on that side of the mall have been razed. a new la madeleine is under construction in the mall.
nice computer speakers at the bose store.
got home around 6:00.
watched jean and lionel. pbs had restarted from season 1 episode 1.

chili dogs (2, on rolls)
beans
cole slaw
iced tea
watched an episode of cranford and an episode of lovejoy. slept through a lot of the lovejoy. finally caught up on the dishes after lovejoy. didn't get to bed until late.
