woke up at about 5:00 this morning. i hate waking up so close to the alarm. sort of dozed until the alarm went off but i always get into that "it must be way later" mode and checking the clock a crazy number of times. i should have just gotten up.
breakfast
bagel w/ cream cheese

iced tea
dragging in the am. not feeling well.
quite cold outside. left for the vre at the normal time and got there more than five minutes later than usual. almost hit a cat on the way. pouring rain.
shoulder was killing me by the time i got off the metro so i went up 22nd street looking for a drug store. bought aleve on the way to work.
new person started today. janice. seems nice.

veggie sandwich
chips
dr. pepper
at the cafeteria. very good!
raining when i went home. lady got a ticket on the vre for not validating. she started to cry. felt bad for her.

green beans
iced tea
dessert
ice cream
watched antiques roadshow.
