woke up a few times during the night. woke up at 5:00 and thought that i had forgotten an app't. i knew i had to go to the dr. in august and the app't. is always on monday so maybe today?
finally got up to check at about 5:10. app't is august 30.

we did go to wegmans for breakfast today. bagels were v fresh and good. wegmans could make the process easier. it almost seems that they don't want you to shop there early in the morning.
lawn mower guys were here when we got home. nice to see the grass cut.
E went to lunch with the ladies at the new clyde's in broadlands. she said it's a very impressive place.

quite good. v good omelette.
