didn't sleep well. woke up at 5:00. alarm was set for 5:20 so i got up. power flickered a couple of times between 5:00 and 5:20. after that it took a long time to connect to the internet. then i kept losing the connection and having to restart. couldn't connect for my concall.
gave up at around 7:00 and went downstairs.

beef-o-roni was surprisingly good. i don't mean that it was good but that it was much better than i thought it would be.
listened to an interview with will ferrell and adam what's his name about the new will ferrell / mark wahlberg movie. sounds pretty funny. will and adam previously worked on anchor man, taladegga nights and step brothers.
e. had a lot of proofing to do. she went to borders for a few hours in the afternoon to do some proofing. it started pouring down rain as soon as she left.

we watched an episode of st:tng in the evening. evolution. barkley's dna is a little odd (who'd have guessed) so the shot dr. crusher gives him sets a series of events in motion which leads to the de-evolution of the crew. kind of a funny issue. worf turns into a were-klingon who can spew poison from venom sacks under his chin. troi becomes an amphibian. barkley becomes a spider.
we watched a biography of fleetwood mac after that. interesting. i was really only familiar with the buckingham-nicks version of the mac.
