up at 5:30. fasting for doctor's appointment. took e to the vre and then drove to doctor's office. last time it took about an hour and 10 minutes. this time about 40.
usually i don't really feel hungry until i'm in the exam room. today i felt hungry from the time i woke up.
exam went as usual. i'm supposed to follow up in about a week.

e caught a late train at the vre. too much to do at work. we got home around 8:00.

we watched antiques roadshow and then watched the end of composing the beatles.
