very cold again overnight. up a few times to run to the bathroom. not feeling too well in the morning. seem to have a problem with certain kinds of dairy products (maybe sour cream) or perhaps with something in taco mix.

i should have just had the banana and the iced tea. coffee and oj were definite mistakes.
we just made it to the vre. left in plenty of time but there was more than usual traffic on vint hill for a friday. had to go the green beret route but made it.
stopped at caribou on the way home to use the bathroom. drank a bottle of water there. that made me feel better.
feeling better as the morning progressed. found out i can pay one bill that is due today at the bank.
bank, return passport to safe deposit. gas.

bad accident at vint hill and sudley manor on the way to the vre. late getting to the station.

good potato. snap peas overcooked in steam bag
we watched an episode of st:tng on the bbc. rho and geordie are "cloaked". pretty good show. watched law enforcement : uk. plot was a bit set-up even for them.
