got up at 5:00 in case we could do the concall. couldn't work out the call.
went downstairs about 6:45.

elizabeth drove to the vre this morning. think i've really caught a cold at this time. try to push through and get something done.
watched children of men from about 6:30 to 8:30. really good movie. very impressed.
balanced the checkbook in the morning. realized some money has to be moved. went to TFB to move the dough.

at china inn near sfw. lunch special. food is about 80% as good as it used to be. too bad. used to really like this restaurant.
i got a hair cut after lunch. i think this person did a very good job.

we watched the first episode of the unpleasantness at the bellona club.
