i woke up just before the alarm again today. cold, cold, cold. i'm going to have to start sleeping with socks and gloves. crazy.

went downstairs at 6:15.

breakfast

bagel w/ cream cheese
banana
oj
coffee
iced tea

watched an episode of get smart in the morning. leonard nimoy was one of the kaos agents. according to barbara feldman's voice over it was about one year before he would assume the role of spock on star trek.

drove elizabeth to the vre. we stopped for a guy who was running to the station with a lot of bags. we didn't think he would make it otherwise. they both caught the train with about 90 seconds to spare. went to the gym for only the 2nd time in nov.

15 min on treadmill
10 reps each on 10 different upper body machines

tried the upright bike instead of the recumbent bike. didn't like it. only got in about 4 minutes. i'm going to try to go again tomorrow since i can't go on wednesday.

read mail and paid bills. had to get to the bank before 2:00. made it at about 1:40.

lunch

cole slaw
iced tea

at glory days. $5 for burger. $8 for the meal.

packed at wegmans today. hard to get through the store. also went to ht.

vre train delayed by about 45 minutes.

got back from the train station at almost  8:00. long day for e.

good casoulet. seems like it's different each time but it is always tasty.

dessert

watched antiques roadshow. e went to bed early. i watched an episode of get smart after. the first episode with heimie. then bed for me also.
