woke up around 6:00.

breakfast

banana
coffee
iced tea

drove elizabeth to the vre. missed the train. took her to vienna. traffic mostly smooth on 66. got to vienna at about 9:10.

snack

breakfast burrito
iced tea

at anita's. good.

pretty busy all day.

lunch

pizza (2 sl)
iced tea

went to run errands at around 3:00. bank, sears, grocery store. lost 30 min in bad back up approaching warrenton finally got turned around and went to the bank in gainesville, harris teeter at 15/29. try sears another day.

picked e up at the vre.

dinner

sub (turkey, pastrami, ham, provolone) 2
iced tea

should have had 1.5 subs. 2 was too much.

watched most of scrooged. in bed around 11:00.
