woke up at 5:00 am and had to run to the bathroom. stomach has been weird for 2-3 days. checked email after that. went downstairs around 7:00.

not feeling well at all. had planned to go to borders in the morning with e to pick out christmas cards but didn't feel up to it. decided to do some chores around the house and try to take it easy.
3 trips to the bathroom between 9 and 1:30. much better after that.
watched some football, the world at war, and true grit.
really liked true grit. had not seen it in many, many years.

had lunch around 3:00.
elizabeth went to borders in the morning and then to tudor place. she got home around 5:00, i think.

salmon patties
cole slaw
corn
iced tea
very good. haven't had salmon patties is a long time.
watched the bishop's wife on dvd. pretty good movie. it may be e's fave christmas movie.
took a shower late. the hot water really helps my back and shoulder.
