woke up w/ the alarm at 6:15. felt like the heat ran all night. 24 deg at 9:00 am.

drove e to the vre in the morning. neighborhood roads were slick but passable. hopefully they'll be better in the evening.

shoulder is very sore today.
lunch
ham, chicken and swiss sandwich

iced tea
went to walmart and safeway in the afternoon. most of the roads are in pretty good shape.

ham and egg and swiss sandwich (2)

we watched most of miracle on 34th street in the evening. went to bed early.
