woke up at 6:15 when the alarm went off. left shoulder really sore. been bad since saturday. no idea what's up.

got to vre 10 minutes early and the train was there! planned to go to the gym but i'm totally off schedule. had to run home to the bathroom. will try again on friday.

chicken, ham, and cheese sandwich

pretzels
watched the last episode of corner gas at lunch.
finally managed to get the part reattached to the vacuum. still doesn't work.
got gas, picked up dry cleaning on the way to vre.train was on time.

beans
iced tea
we watched avatar after dinner.
