woke up for about the 7th time at 5:00 am. head ache, sore throat, terrible thirst. air pressure in the mask was very high. actually chapped my lips.

took a shower at the sleep center to get the goo out of my hair. left the center around 5:30.

extremely cold out. around 20. car was parked outside and was actually a little hard to start.

breakfast

southern omelette
bacon (2 strips)
hash browns
iced tea

at denny's

quite good bacon and hash browns. omelette was pretty good.

got home in time to take elizabeth to the vre. we got to the station at about 3 min before the train is supposed to leave only to find that the train was delayed by 55 minutes. elizabeth decided to work from home today and go to the office on thursday.

we watched an episode of foyle's war in the evening. i fell asleep on part of it so i didn't really follow completely.
