i got up at a little after 5:00 for the conference call. mostly rested but cold and a little groggy. concall went as scheduled. interesting. got good feedback. next call will be in january.
went downstairs after checking email, etc. down around 7:30. elizabeth came down around 8:30.

watched an episode of corner gas during breakfast. took a nap for about 40 minutes.
had to leave at 10:30 to get to dentist on time. traffic in ffx city is still just awful.
dentist went ok. i had a headache the whole time but this hygienist is fairly is on the old jaws.

indonesian peanut saute w/ chicken
iced tea
HOT! just a little too hot for me. should have stuck with the old favorite.
went to sears on the way home. they say i can get the part on-line. back to zero.

chicken a la bear w/ spaghetti

orange (half)
we watched invictus in the evening. pretty good movie.
