friday the 13th
woke up with the alarm today. seemed to get something like 4 hours with the mask last night.
breakfast
bagel w/ cream cheese
oj
coffee
banana
iced tea
planet fitness
bike: 12 min, rolling hills, level 1
weights: left side, one set each, higher weights, 12 reps
treadmill: 30 min, really felt like i pushed harder than usual
weights: right side, as above
snack
breakfast sandwich
caramel high rise
at caribou. haven't been there in many months. very good.
gas at safeway on the way home. shocking price.

met the train at the normal time. raining.

a large coke is too much!
we watched a movie called a foreign field on dvd this eventide. a bit slow but interesting.
