i woke up when the alarm went off. sore knee. sore shoulder.

e. was ready a bit early for the vre. we got there with about 7 minutes to spare.

weights: left side, added a little weight, 12 reps
treadmill: 30 min, varied from 0-5, varied from 1.5 to 3.3, more hands free walking
weights: rt. side, ditto
upright bike was very uncomfortable!
