1737 72 deg f fair
i woke up at 3:00 absolutely freezing. turned off the fan. woke up at about 5:00 and it was so hat i had to turn of the oxygen concentrator. woke up at about 5:30 and got up. took out trash. read the paper during breakfast.

we left about the normal time for the vre but traffic was heavier than usual. we had to go straight across 28 and go the back way. arrived just as the doors were closing but e. made it on.

treadmill: 30 min, 1.2 mile, emphasized pace

message from iris on the phone. talked to her after the gym. tried to call merv.
home depot for mower battery.

wegmans for a few items. didn't get home until about 12:30. read mail, took a shower, and then went to pick up e at the vre. she caught the early train. it was community service day at cswe.
