nice and cool overnight. slept pretty well.
did not have too much trouble getting up when the alarm went off at 5:00.

caught the 6:40 train. wore a jacket so the heat was on today. but it was still cool enough for a jacket.
finished the third policeman.
tried walking on all of the escalators today. mostly no problem but the walk up at foggy bottom had me puffing.
arrived at the office just before 8:30.
brandee in town this week. 10:00 o'clock meeting with her and the sk team.
also got to meet a new person from aptara. interesting.

left the office around 4:30. walked all the escalators on the way home. took a bit of a blow at the top of the stairs at l'enfant but wasn't quite as tired as i was at the top of foggy in the morning. will have to try to do this everyday with a goal to walking up the actual stairs rather than the escalators.
vre was fairly quite on the way home. started a book about islam. already learned a bunch of stuff i didn't know.
the lawn mower guys finally took care of the downed tree.
