at whole foods. very hungry when i got to foggy bottom. got some food from the hot bar. not very good.

many of the escalators were out of service on the way home. had to escalate my exercise program too early. the escalator at l'enfant is about 60 steps. ouch.
went to pet smart and harris teeter after work.

could not get the disk to play for the last detective. watched a show about 9/11 instead. so much i didn't know.
