1302 / 82 deg f / getting cloudy / cq

took advil before going to bed last night. it seemed to help with the sore joints.

woke up at 4:50. had to shave this am. generally shave every other day but i had skipped a few days.

breakfast

cereal
banana
oj
iced tea
kambucha

got to the train with just a minute to spare again. oy.

really feeling like i have a cold. not feeling well on the metro. sat at foggy bottom for about 5 minutes.

got to work at 8:15.

snack

bacon, egg, and cheese wrap
naked orange/mango
coffee

worked on the srm in the morning. met with jerry at 10:00.

lunch

bbq beef brisket
sweet tater
cabbage
dr. pepper
three musketeers bar

pretty good. really liked the 3 musketeers.

worked on srm all afternoon.

caught the metro around 4:45. rode with lorna to l'enfant. she was going to a program at the folger theater.

got home around 7:15.

spaghetti w/ butter and parm.

iced tea

power went off just as we started to watch sherlock holmes.

went to bed around 10. power tried to come back on at about 11:30 and then actually came back on at about 2:30.
