thought i would get up early and go out and get my car inspected. slept in until about 7:30.
fed the cats.
breakfast

iced tea
finally got going around 10:00. went to my normal place and they were closed. seemed to be something wrong. everything was closed and the inspection needed sign still said 8 even though it was the last week in september. i wonder what happened.
tried the body shop across the street but they were also closed.
went to mcdonalds.
2nd breakfast
bacon egg cheese mcgriddle
potato block
iced tea
i mistakenly ordered a mcgriddle. not my cup of vermouth!
found an inspection site one door down from more normal place. actually got in and out in about 30 minutes. very much surprised. normally there's a huge bottleneck on a saturday late in the month.
went to walmart and the library after getting the inspection. checked out cranford and the newest wimsey novel by jill paton walsh.

at the frost diner in warrenton.
snack
salted caramel mocha
at starbucks in warrenton.
got the pump working on the pool. did dishes. started laundry. in the afternoon. watched some football. got on the computer for a while.
watched something on tv in the evening. don't remember what.
