woke up with the alarm at 6:15. got up at 6:30. knee is really sore.

took e to vre. arrived in plenty of time. did not go to the gym today. i'm giving me knee the day off.
dentist appointment this morning.

left for the dentist around 10. got there at about 10:50.
filling went smoothly. a new person was joining the office on monday. she observed while dr. miller and the tech worked on my filling. it was interesting to hear their discussion.
went to the ffx city library for a while after the dentist. i was hungry but had to wait to eat.
read about 25 pages of northwest passage. really beautiful library.

i got to the vre just about the time the train was supposed to arrive. train was early.
e. brought dinner home from work. there were leftovers from a catered lunch.

we watched a movie called the lost battalion. rick schroeder in the lead role. he was quite good.
