did not sleep well last night. stiflingly hot in the beddie bye. woke up with the alarm at 6:15. reset for 7:00. got up at 7:10.

it's supposed to hit 100 deg today. Youch.

couldn't believe i was putting on a suit and tie today in this heat. ugh. miserable getting into dc.

at pan am

couldn't find a parking space at vienna. stopped at pan am because traffic was badly backed up on 66.
still backed up after i finished so i went to dunn loring on 29. no spots there either.

ballston. oh god.

didn't get to the center till after 2:30. killingly hot. managed to talk to one person. not very useful but it was a company i had been considering.

traffic on the way back was not as bad as expected. got off the road at manassas.

at the wendy's near borders.

came back home by sudley to sudley manor to vint hill. heavy traffic it but it ran pretty smooth.

really felt ill by the time i got home. ac which worked yesterday and this morning did nothing this afternoon!

didn't feel like eating in the evening. took a nap. knee is killing me. should not walk far in the black dress shoes!

really helped settle my stomach. rold gold are the  best pretzels.

i watched a show about snl in the 90's. i think i saw it before but it was pretty entertaining.
