i woke up at about 5:00. decided to put the bipap back on and take a nap. woke up at 9:30. unbelievable. i haven't slept until 9:30 in ages. wow. i guess it paid off. i actually did the crossword and the sudoku in about 20 minutes while eating breakfast.

watched two episodes of poirot: the yellow iris and the case of the missing will. both pretty good episodes.
