woke up at about 6:00. i was kind of hungry got up right away. asked e how she was doing. seems a little better. she asked me to make coffee.

intended to go to the gym today. woke up with a very sore knee. up several times in the night to run to the bathroom. took pepto in the early am.
fred was picking up sticks in the yard. couldn't figure out why. had a nice chat with him. he is planning to take away the logs in the back yard on monday and was just cleaning up the sticks to clear the way. the guy is amazing. we're lucky to have very good neighbors.
went to the library, the grocery store and mcdonalds after that.

watched the baltimore pittsburgh game. pretty good. steelers ended up winning by a touchdown.

watched an episode of as time goes by and then two doc martin episodes. doc asked louisa to marry him and she said yes. wow.
