woke up at 5:50 when the alarm went off. wanted to check the weather. icy but it may be ok by 7:00.

breakfast

toast
oj
coffee
iced tea

local roads were a bit bad on the way to the train. went to the gym after dropping elizabeth at the train. parking lot was very slippery.

tread mill 15 min
weights 20 min
bike 12 min

stopped at the grocery store on the way home. parking lot at safeway was even slippery-er.

lunch

bagel w/ cream cheese
pretzels
iced tea

picked up e at the vre. train was a tiny bit late.

dinner

pot pie
sauteed brussels sprouts
iced tea

i've been thinking about the term "mondo dismo" lately so we watched romancing the stone last night. still a funny movie this much later.
