emergency heat ran most of the night. air is so dry. dust has really been stirred up. nasty head ache when i woke up at 5:50. thought about going downstairs but i thought it might just be too cold.

breakfast

egg sandwich
banana
small bowl of cereal
coffee
oj
iced tea

got a call from Tom Walls at about 11:00. he, Tim Duffy, and Jeff Bugenhagen were on the way to Charlottesville for the b-ball game. Asked me to drive down to join. would like to go but had too much to do and wasn't feeling well. (shoulder aching like crazy all day!) later found out that Dan Todd was also at the game.

Watched the game on TV while working. Didn't see a glimpse of anyone I knew.

Elizabeth went out for a hair cut and to take care of a few other things. Out until about 4:00 or so.

two hot dogs (no buns)
pickle spears
cole slaw
chips
iced tea

snack

caramel macchiatto

e. brought coffee when she came home.

dinner

tuna wrap
tuna sandwich (half)
fruit salad (2 helpings)
iced tea

we missed as time goes by. for some reason we both thought it came on at 7:30 even though it has been coming on at 7:00 for several weeks. watched two episodes of doc martin. the wedding did not come off. a little bit of a downer.
