i woke up at about 5:00 this morning. got up and checked mail, etc. went downstairs at 5:50 or so.
breakfast
bagel w/ cream cheese

iced tea
dropped e at the vre on time. seems like you see more people arriving late once it gets to be spring. 4 or 5 people arrived late today.
planet fitness
bike: 12 min, weight loss, level 2
weights: left side, 12 reps on each apparatus, tried to spend less time resting between
treadmill: 24 min, focused on climbing. 1 min at 15, 2 at 14 and so on. max speed 2.6
weights: right side, as above
went to the bank after the gym.
