very hot in the room this morning. warm out plus the o2 concentrator = heat heat heat
lots of aches and pains this morning. did a pretty good amount of work on the weekend and felt it today!
checkup this morning with dr. lewis so i am fasting.
got to the vre in good time. e. is almost out of farecards. has to order more today.
left the vre at around 7:45 and got to ffx city around 8:30. dr. office by 8:45. lots of changes in ffx. pnc bank on corner of main and judicial. new building under construction along judicial near leonard street.
lost 10 pounds according to doctor. blood pressure good. test results next week. he looked at my thumb and gave me a prescription for an x-ray if it isn't better soon. also suggested a brace to immobolize the thumb.

dropped off some material at the humane society in ffx city. nice people there.
gas at wawa on the way home. $4.07 a gallon. ouch!
i got a thumb brace at the drug store on the way home. gave me some relief as soon as i put it on.

e. called when i was on the way to vre to say the train was delayed. i went to target in the meantime to pick up a few items we need. train was about 30 min late.

we watched antiques road show and went to bed early.
