didn't sleep very well last night. sore throat when i went to bed was worse overnight. avoided bipap because that has made a sore throat worse in the past. decided to try bipap at about 4:30 since sore throat was already worse. it worked for a little while. woke up again at 5:10 with mask off. sinuses are bad. throat is bad. enjoying myself.

went back to bed at about 6:30. slept until 10:00. felt much better.

we watched the widow of st. pierre on dvd. strange. french. obscure. the people didn't behave like people.

fell asleep for awhile. tried to watch heartbreak ridge. not a good movie.
