sore throat, stuffy, runny nose when i went to bed last night. did not use bipap. trying to avoid the old cycle that makes a cold worse. woke up at 5:15. felt terrible. pulled on comforter and went back to sleep. woke up at 7:15 feeling much better.

we watched an interesting episode of sherlock holmes: the devil's foot. set in cornwall. very windy. very chilly. made me want to wrap up in a blanket.
followed that with a poirot episode: the kidnapped prime minister. slack plays a villain in that one.
