woke up at 4:15. didn't sleep well last night. sinuses in bad shape. bipap added so much pressure to that i slept without it. really feel the difference if i don't get 3 or more hours with the bipap.
concall scheduled for 6:00 had to be moved to thursday.

headache was better after about 9:00.
went out to cut side yard grass at 9:00. finished at 11:00. ouch. pretty good work out. lots of hills.

at mcdonalds. good burger. had to reject the fries and get hot ones.
spent some time at the library with the literary market place. found some possibilities. have to start shipping out packets.
went to safeway and giant for groceries since i had a small list and i was in warrenton.

chili was canned. a bit bland. cornbread didn't come out well.
we watched a jeeves and wooster episode and went to bed early.
