1909 68 deg f switching between overcast and fair pretty regularly

i woke up at about 5:30. used the cpap for a while last night. felt pretty well when i woke up.

elizabeth has been feeling worse each day since about wednesday. woke up with a full-blown sore throat today. not going bowling.

went down to the fredericksburg area for bowling with claire (matthew and cal?), scott, and glenn.

lunch

small sub
iced tea

at firehouse subs in the area of fredericksburg. very good sub.

got to bowling at 2:00. everybody else was already there. only matthew and his friend actually bowled. the rest of us just talked.

claire left with the boys a little after three. s, g, and i went to chilis

snack

shared. pretty good.

drive back was faster than the drive down by a lot.

we watched the end of an st:tng that i didn't remember at all (half a life w/ david ogden stiers) and an episode called the host. both from season 4.

elizabeth feeling worse. went to bed pretty early.
