good friday! earth day! oh my gosh!
woke up with the alarm at 6:10. felt a bit groggy. chilly in the house.
breakfast
bagel w/ butter

we left early for the vre and made it in good time. elizabeth may come home early today. says most folks have the day off for good friday.
planet fitness
bike: 12 min, cardio, level 1
weights: left side, 2 sets of 9 at relatively high weights
treadmill: 30 min! wanted to walk at least 1 mile. made 1.18.
weights: right side, as above
generally felt pretty good after the work out. left shoulder a little sore, though.

excellent. hungry after the work out

elizabeth caught the train around 4:00. arrived at the vre at 5:00. rainy and cold!

we watched the david suchet version of murder on the orient express on dvd. 2nd time we've seen it. i really liked it more this time. it is a far more serious take on the story than the famous movie version.
