slept pretty well last night. it got very cold at one point.

woke up when the alarm went off at 6:10. checked email early in the morning. no real updates about mommy but learned that karen and claire have decided to go to nn today. glenn was already going down.

elizabeth came down at about the same time this morning. this time we made the 7:39 light. it really makes a big difference. just 3 minutes one way or the other. 7:36 is the earliest we've ever made it. 7:39 is really the best time. 7:42 we almost always catch the train. 7:45 we see the train leaving the station.

went to the gym from vre. big power problem there. all of the treadmills were off line. three electricians working on the panel. notes about work-out are in the spreadsheet.

very hungry. i think it is actually a manifestation of nerves.

heard from karen just as i was about to go to recycling. she had talked to someone at mary immaculate. plan is to release mommy to rehab. arrangements will probably be made today.

we tried the groupme service to update everyone. got me, karen, mark, and claire. seemed to work fine.

went to recycling and went to warrenton to check the parking rules at the public parking lot. 3 hrs in most of the lot. some parts are 1 or 2.

the vre train got in about five minutes early today. pretty crowded. we stopped at petsmart to get some dry cat food on the way home.

i had ketchup with my fish. unbelievably sweet. jeez followed by louise.

we watched a show about maine on the smithsonian channel.

not feeling very well this evening. sleepy very early.
