i woke up at about 6:30. started working on the computer right away. i had figured out how to do something while i was asleep and wanted to try it before i forgot it. it worked ok.

bagel w/ cream cheese
banana (half)

iced tea
went to the gas station to get gas for the mower and then cut the grass. it got pretty hot while i was working. everything is very dry! finished before noon.
lunch
ham, turkey, and cheddar on a bagel
yogurt
pretzels
iced tea
worked on the computer in the afternoon.

excellent blts! soup was a bit too spicy.
we watched an episode of jeeves and wooster that we must have seen 6-8 months ago. enjoyed it more this time. anatole resigns because of bertie's hunger strike plan.
just heard that an agreement has been made about the debt ceiling. won't believe it until a bill is passed and signed.
