slept for a couple of hours with the bipap. figured out one of the problems. oxygen tube comes loose sometimes.also found that sleeping on my back is probably better with the mask on.

woke up at about 6:00. got up to check email. etc.

went to the gym around 10:00.

stationary bike: 12 minute, intermittent
weights: 20 minutes
treadmill: 20 min, start at 15 incline and work down.
weights: 20 minutes

enjoyed the dinner.

we watched a jeeves and wooster episode with fry and laurie. liked it more than i remember liking the original series on tv. blandings castle.

i watched the va. tech / fsu game after that. unbelievable ending. i saw the end of one of the big east games after that: notre dame / louisville.. another very close game.

it got really cold by the time i came up stairs. just plain freezing.
