I think I need to turn down the heat level of the humidifier. When I put the mask back on the first time I woke up the air was a bit too warm.
Up at 5:00 for a conference call. Pretty cold in the house.

Conference call did not occur per schedule. May be a problem because of the change from EST to DST. We'll try again on Friday or Tuesday.

watched some basketball in the afternoon. princeton ALMOST beat kentucky. really well played game.

ravioli w/ tomato sauce

watched a poirot movie called third girl. very convoluted story. i always prefer episodes with hastings but i am starting to get used to george.
