i went to bed at about 11:00 with the bipap running. woke up once or twice with the mask off. woke up at 3:30 with the mask on. probably got about 3 hours with the machine on. got up at 4:30 for a conference call. i had my alarm set for 5:00 but was awake at 4:30 and decided to get up.
pretty good conference call in the morning.
