i didn't go to the gym until late today. e. had the day off.
bike: 12 minutes, hills
weights: 3 sets of 8 each with lighter weights than usual
treadmill: 24 minutes, elevation from -2 to 5, speed from 1.5 to 3.2
weights: same as above on the left side machines
the feel of the gym is very different in the early afternoon.

e. went to a memorial service in leesburg this afternoon.
e. got back in the early evening.

cole slaw
iced tea
watched some basketball. watched four weddings and a funeral on dvd.
