i had a bad night last night. sore throat and head ache when i went to bed. don't like to use the bipap with a sore throat. makes it worse.
slept until a little after 8:00. sick in the bathroom first thing. lovely day!

fell asleep on the couch watching the news. slept for a while. helped the head ache. throat also a little better. another trip to the bathroom when i woke up. felt a little better after that.

lasagna (microwave, half)

beef stew
crusty bread (4 slices)
very good stew. haven't had beef stew in a long time.
snack

cookies (3)
we watched who do you think you are with steve buscemi and then unc vs. marquette.
