pouring down rain when i got up this morning. woke up just before the alarm at 6:00. felt rotten first thing in the am.

i felt a lot better after getting some coffee and some oj.

planet fitness

took it a little easy today because my knee is very sore.

bike: 10 min, interval, level 2
weights: about 15 min., lower weights, more reps
treadmill: 20 min, steady modulating between 0 and 5 incline
weights: as above

at burger king. starving after gym.

when you order unsweet tea and get sweet tea it is a big disappointment. "they always screw at the drive-in"

watched bernie mac at lunch. "who you with, america?"

vre at the usual time. very crowded train. stopped on the way back for cheese and a few other items. started pouring rain when i was in harris-teeter. just insane downpour.

dinner

grilled ham & swiss sandwich

iced tea

sandwich was pretty good. soup was terrible. campbell's savory vegetable. nothing savory about it. very sweet.

we watched jeeves and wooster on dvd. story about the "modern dutch" cow creamer.
