i had better luck with the mask. i guess i slept for around 4 hours with the mask on. always hard to tell.

woke up at 6:00 with everything still running. turned everything off thinking i would get up. fell back to sleep. woke up at about 8:00.

washed e.'s car in the afternoon. it was a little cool but the real problem was that the water was so cold. a good washing helps but the car really needs to be repainted. it is nearly 20 yrs old, after all.

watched a lot of basketball. va. tech lost in the nit to wichita state. wsu definitely played better. unc barely beat washington. duke barely beat michigan. vcu creamed purdue.

we watched a poirot episode called taken at the flood. found it pretty nasty all in all. prefer anything with captain hastings.

finished major pettigrew's last stand today. enjoyed it. well written. interesting characters.
