i slept pretty well last night. must have worn the mask for a little while. went to sleep at about midnight. woke up for the first time at a little after 4:00 with the mask off. alarm went off at 5:10 for concall. feel pretty well. chilly this morning. we seem to be dipping back into winter after a nice few spring-like weeks.

concall needed to be rescheduled again because of meetings in India.
cold and cloudy all day. felt like spring for a while. now we seem to be dipping back into winter.

i watched the green mile during breakfast. i've seen most of the movie in bits and pieces but never seen it from beginning to end. interesting movie. really good cast.

didn't enjoy the food very much.
