1206 48 deg F cloudy, threatening rain

i forgot to set my alarm yesterday. i woke up after 6:30. rushed through breakfast.

iced tea

traffic was very heavy going to the vre today. we got there in good time anyway.

planet fitness

bike  12 minutes, cardio program
weights 20 minutes, 10-12 reps on each machine
treadmill 20 minutes, max speed 3.6, max elevation 5
weights 10 minutes, quit early

overdead the leg press. had to quit a little after that machine.

finally took everything to recycling today. i hate it when it builds up.

watched part of black hawk down during lunch. probably a bad idea.

elizabeth caught a later train at vre. train came in at 6:45. we went to dinner at el tio in gainesville. seems they have been doing well. they've added some space including a bar.

pretty good

e. went to be soon after we got home. i watched fever pitch (jimmy fallon and drew barrymore) on dvd. enjoyable. better the first time. fallon does much better than expected.

i watched part of the denzel / travolta pelham 1-2-3. seemed much more violent than the original.
