1129 52 deg F sunny and a little chilly

woke up at about 5:15. went downstairs at 5:30.

watched a bit more of a midsummer nights dream.

the new traffic light at sudley manor is now in operation. just made the light today!

got to the vre with a little time to spare. wonder how the light will affect this.

planet fitness

bike: 15 min, rolling hills, level 2
weights: about 20 min, slightly higher weights
treadmill: 22 min, more than between elevations of 5 and 10. rate between 1.5 and 2.5
weights: about 10 min, as above

stopped for gas, bank on the way home.

i really wanted to chinese but i always forget that the chinese food on the wegmans hot food bar is just ok. never really feel like i got what i paid for.

wegmans was really busy today. h-t was nearly empty.

still light when i got elizabeth at the vre. felt kind of strange.
