woke up at about 6:15
elizabeth drove to vre today since i had an appointment in foggy bottom area.

left the house at 10:00 for a 12:30 appt. would have been early enough to get lunch on the way but got bogged down by construction on 66. got to the office about 20 minutes early. very chilly today. about 45 deg when i took the 20 min walk from the metro to the interview site.
interview went well.

small mixed green salad
cappucino
iced tea
at bread and chocolate near gwu. really good. 20 min walk back to foggy bottom metro.
took forever to drive from arlington to fairfax. stopped in fairfax.
snack
cheese burger
iced tea
at mcdonalds
e. and i got home about the same time. she said driving to vre had worked out ok. she stopped at petsmart on the way home.

small portion of apple crumb pie
ice cream
we watched an episode of jeeves and wooster. then i watched the second half of blade: trinity.
